Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy

Our Guarantee

 We offer a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee on all Device purchases. We know you will love it or your money back!!!  Product must be in original condition in original box with all packing/instructional materials  in new condition. -We do reserve the right to refuse refund on products that are not in like new condition or missing pieces or box. If product, box or other materials are not in like new condition there may be up to a 25% restocking fee on returned item or the return denied all together.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the day it has been delivered. If 15 days have passed since your purchase delivery date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All digital or non tangible products/services are NOT eligible for refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please contact us and let us know the reason for return and we will provide instructions to process your return or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Shipping Policy

We currently use USPS for shipping all of our products and only charge what they charge for shipping most of the time at a discount.  We currently ship using Priority mail and most items during regular non-seasonal times arrive with in 1-3 business days.  This does not account for processing times.  Most items are processed the same business day but this is not guaranteed.  Any shipping times displayed on our site can not be guaranteed and shipping fees are not refundable.  If you have questions on shipping or need a different carrier please reach out to us.  We currently only ship to the United States or a 3rd party mail relay service located in the United States.  3rd party mail relays are up to the consumer to use and set up.  We do not offer this service nor can we recommend one.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your banking partner.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items/open box items

Only new sold items may be refunded. Open box items cannot be refunded.  All sales are finial on open box items.  We usually run sales on most of our items that are new in box so you can return those items with in the same 15 day return period.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Contact us if you have issues with any purchases.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you  we will only refund to the original payment method so please contact us if this will not work for you so we can work out a possible exchange or credit towards another purchase.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10 Montgomery dr STE 2 PMB 131   North East MD 21901.  Do NOT ship anything to this address without first getting a written return authorization and proper instructions as your return refund could be delayed  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
