VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT RESTORE IT or CLEAR DATA on any apps preinstalled as this will most likely cause the app to fail and no longer work.
We all make mistakes from time to time. If for any reason your firestick gets reset send it back to us and will restore it for free plus the cost of shipping back to you (usually less than $10). Other places charge for this.
